Summary

Refresh web favicon and Apple touch icon assets with updated branding.

Wires development favicon and touch-icon exports into apps/web/public during icons:export / icons:check, and documents that flow in assets/README.md.

Desktop packaging now picks production vs nightly web branding from the app version and copies the matching icons into apps/server/dist/client before staging, via resolveDesktopWebAssetBrand and applyWebBrandAssets.

Adds DEVELOPMENT_PUBLIC_ICON_OVERRIDES plus unit tests for public mappings and nightly vs production brand resolution.
